Access re-instated - I don't know why but you lost some privileges. - It certainly wasn't intentional as far as I can see: the logs don't show any changes made since adjusting command positions.
As Mr Giant said: likely an unwanted side effect of modifying your permissions - you were at a higher level of access and something cascaded down. Sorry man.
