From a quick look over the forum settings you can limit the character length and number of images for the signatures, but not img dimensions, so I'll leave it to Koodge to look into/comment.

It'll probably just be more of if you're SIG is too big, you'll be asked to resize it or have it removed by the mods.

Well, I thought I'd fixed it to 160 x 560 but it seems to have broken

Can we settle on a size? I kinda like Mr Giant's (most recent ) one - just wondering if the cheesegrater background is a little too much like RBG - ???

I can't remember which forum I was on, but they let each user have one banner per page. Therefore the 1st post they made on that page would have their banner, but any other on that page wouldn't have it. Page 2 would then be repeated.

hmmm...interesting. Certainly not straight forward coding-wise...I'll look into it
