your sig banner has something weird going on in it's file format.
It's 613KB - the forum attachment limit is 500KB.
I also noticed that it's in CMYK.
Try changing it to RGB mode (that should lower the size) and re-upload it.

Yeah I fixed it
- it was due to your Cadet status.The Cadet user group settings have now been amended
Should be working on everything mate
- you may need to empty the cache of your browser.
